I admit to not having posted in a long time, but this calls for a post! Sarah and I learned how to make macaroons today with a french friend, Christine, who is extremely talented in pastry making. She caters and gives French cooking lessons and she’s a wonderful teacher- she really showed us all the tricks and tools in order to make successful macaroons. We made salted caramel, chocolate, raspberry, and lemon curd macaroons. Although it takes a lot of precision and perfect timing, they turned out wonderful and we were so excited. We hope to publish some tips and tricks on macaroon making soon!
